Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Flyerista (“the Service”), operated by OLSHUSTLE ENTERPRISES LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
1. Your subscription
Flyerista is sold as a monthly ($9) or yearly ($79) subscription, billed in advance through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from “Manage subscription” in the app; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it. If you have a problem, write to us at hello@flyerista.com.
2. License and fair use
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for yourself or your business. One subscription is for one person and works on one device at a time. You may not share, resell or sublicense your account; copy, download, scrape, reverse-engineer or reproduce the Service, its templates, its prompt system or its design; or use automated tools to extract its content. Daily usage limits apply to prevent abuse. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
3. What you create
You may use the prompts the Service generates for you, and the images you create with them, for personal and commercial purposes, including flyers you make for your own clients. Images are created by third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Midjourney), which have their own terms; you are responsible for following them.
4. Your content
You are responsible for the text, names, prices and images you use. Only use photos, logos and brand names you own or have permission to use. Do not use the Service to create misleading, hateful, illegal or infringing content.
5. Ownership
The Service, the Flyerista name and logo, the templates and the prompt system belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. No guarantee
The Service is provided “as is”. AI tools can produce imperfect results, including spelling mistakes; review every image before you publish or print it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update the Service, its prices or these terms. We will tell you about important changes by email or in the app before they apply to you.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
